National Industrial Parks Development & Management Company has worked closely with G&J industry representative - Pakistan Gems & Jewelry Development Corporation (PGJDC), a subsidiary of Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation. Subsequent to several meetings periodically held between NIP, PGJDC, and as well as direct stakeholders of the industry following salient features were determined for purposely designed gems & jewelry building;

| Design Evolution |
Emphasis was given that maximum saleable area to be attained without compromising on aesthetic, ergonomics, and functionality of the building. The purpose was to achieve a minimum possible selling price per square foot of saleable area keeping in view the affordability by the target market and make this project a real success.
Based on the above industry requirements a schematic design was prepared. |
