Design Evolution

Emphasis was given that maximum saleable area to be attained without compromising on aesthetic, ergonomics, and functionality of the building.

The purpose was to achieve a minimum possible selling price per square foot of saleable area keeping in view the affordability by the target market and make this project a real success.

Based on the above industry requirements a schematic design was prepared.
