Approved as Special Economic Zone under SEZ Act 2012 enterprises shall be entitled to the following benefits, namely:

Exemption from custom duties and taxes on import of plant and machinery into SEZ except items listed under Chapter 87 of the Pakistan Customs Tariff, for installation in the zone enterprise subject to verification by the BOI: and

Exemption from all taxes on income for enterprises commencing commercial production by the 30th June 2020 in the SEZs for next ten years.

“Provided that exemption from all taxes on income for those zone enterprises or firm which commence commercial production after the aforesaid date shall be for the next five years”

Water Supply:

Initial 40,000 G/Day available
Underground storage capacity of 1 million gallon available

Power Supply:

4MW available through Karachi Electric
Initial Grid capacity of 64MW will be provided

Telecommunication System:

Telephone Lines with Broadband wireless internet connection from PTCL

Gas Supply:

40 MMCFD Gas will be supplied by Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) expected August 2019

Roads / Infrastructure Development Work:

Contract approved for the infrastructure development of the entire Zone. Phase II of the infrastructure development work will be completed within 18-24 months approximately

Support Features:

Availability of utilities through our one window facility, Railway link from industrial park to up country, Solid Waste Management, Transport Hub, Weigh Bridge, Vocational Training Center

Security:

Adequate private security deployed at all location within the zone for efficient security

Commercial Center

Land area reserved for Commercial building to provided office space for Bank, Insurance Office, Post Office, Auditorium, Exhibition Hall, Food Court, Emergency Medicare Facility, Recreational Center etc.
