Mr. Jehangir Khan Tareen Federal Minister of Industries, Production and Special Initiatives inaugurated National Industrial Parks Development & Management Company�s (NIP) Regional Office North located at 301, Siddiq Trade Centre, Lahore by unveiling the plaque, on the March 9, 2007, The inaugural ceremony was attended by leading Industrialists and members of Trade & Industry.
Mr. Mohsin Syed, Regional Director North presented the welcome address Mr. Syed emphasized that if a one window facility is provided to industrialists, they are willing to invest billions of rupees in their country.
Mr. Jahangir Khan Tareen in his address reiterated the Government�s resolve to provide infrastructure for industrial investment which would lead to jobs for the people. He emphasized that it was of utmost importance that projects are setup in Punjab, NWFP and FATA so that people of these areas can reap benefits of industrialization.
Mr Jahangir Khan Tareen assured of the Government�s support in the development of World Class Industrial Parks all over the Country. Mr Jahangir Khan Tareen, also appreciated the services rendered by Mr. Mohsin Syed as Chairman of Punjab Industrial Estate, and his role in the development of Sundar Industrial Estate.
Mr. Zubair Habib CE, in his address thanked Mr. Jahangir Khan Tareen for the guidance and continuous support his to the Company in meeting its goals, Mr. Zubair Habib also briefed the distinguished guests of the projects undertaken by the head office in Karachi and of the future activities planned for Sindh and NWFP provinces.
